- Device-Specific Information: Hardware model, operating system, version, GAID (Google Advertising ID) / IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), setting configurations, software, and mobile network configuration;
- Service Usage Data: Region information, videos watched or searched for, links or images clicked on, and browsing history;
- Transaction Data: Data related to your order on the Service (e.g., transaction history), payment information required to complete transactions (processed by third-party payment providers — we only collect transaction IDs and payment amounts, not your full payment card details);
- Legal Compliance Data: Data requested by applicable government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or other authorities or regulatory bodies.
To better serve your needs and preferences, our web servers may collect Data relating to your website, device, or app activity. - Assisting you with registration and login: To provide you with our services, you need to supply basic registration or login information, such as email address, account name, language preference, and profile picture, to create an account. You may also use a third-party platform account supported by us to log in to DramaShine; in this case, we will ask permission to access relevant information from the third-party account as per your authorization.
- Providing Search Services: When utilizing the search function in DramaShine, we collect your search terms, browsing history, browsing duration, and interaction frequency to help us deliver the content you need and services that may interest you more.
- Offering Top Up, Subscription, and Inquiry Services: When you purchase Coins or subscriptions in DramaShine, we will collect details about your order and payment information. If you check your account balance, we will collect and display it on the relevant page. When using third-party payment services (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), your payment information is provided directly to those third-party payment companies. We do not collect and retain your full payment details except for transaction IDs and payment amounts.
- Providing Online Video On-Demand and Subscription Services: To deliver streaming content and manage your subscription benefits.
- Ensuring Account Security, Service Operation, and Optimizing Service Experience: When using DramaShine, to help us detect account anomalies, understand product suitability, provide basic services (such as browsing, search), and maintain the smooth operation of basic functions, we may automatically collect, retain, and process information about your service usage and how you use it, including:
- Log Details: Your login account, search queries, IP address, browser type, telecom provider, network environment, language, access date and time, and records such as page views, time spent on pages, refresh records, favorites, and sharing.
- Device Information: Based on the specific permissions you grant during the installation and use of DramaShine, we may receive and record information about your device (including device type, operating system and version, app version, resolution, software package name, device settings, GAID/IDFA, software and hardware feature information) and IP address.
- Providing Information Display and Recommendation Services: We may use your information (such as browsing and search history, device information, usage habits, region information, order information) to offer page displays and personalized content recommendations that better suit your needs.
- Sending Notifications to You: We may send you service-related notices when necessary (e.g., when we suspend individual services due to system maintenance). If you wish to stop receiving messages from us, you can request that we cease sending them, though we may continue to send messages in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If you use the DramaShine website, Local Storage and Pixels are applied to collect your device identifier, login information, and purchase information for activities strictly necessary for the operation or delivery of the Service (login, payment, and content delivery).
If you use the DramaShine App, resettable device identifiers (for example, the "Identifier for Advertisers" on Apple iOS devices and the "Google Advertising ID" on Android devices) can be used based on your prior consent to make online advertising more relevant, and for analytics and optimization purposes.
Your Choices:
- You may manage cookie preferences through your device settings.
- On iOS devices, we will present Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing the IDFA for personalized advertising. You may choose "Allow" or "Ask App Not to Track." If you decline, you will still see non-personalized ads.
- On Android devices, you may reset your Google Advertising ID (GAID) or opt out of interest-based advertising at any time through your device Settings → Google → Ads.
6. Potential Sharing, Transferring, or Disclosure of Information
6.1 Sharing
We will not share your information with any third party outside of DramaShine without your consent, except in the following situations:

For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share information, we will sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements and require them to handle information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
6.2 Advertising and Payment Partners
We integrate the following third-party advertising platforms to deliver rewarded video advertisements:
- Google AdMob: For delivering reward-based advertisements and tracking ad placement completions.
- Meta Audience Network: For providing cross-context behavioral ad metrics and verifying rewarded video ad delivery status.
- AppLovin: For mobile ad mediation, reward delivery verification, and campaign performance metrics.
- Pangle (TikTok Audience Network): For fetching localized video ads and processing ad engagement parameters.
- Unity Ads: For rendering reward-based video streams and measuring operational ad conversions.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your payment information is provided directly to these third-party payment providers.
6.3 Transfer
As our business continues to evolve, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and your information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require new companies and organizations that hold your information to continue to be bound by this Policy.

During the past 12 months, DramaShine disclosed the above categories of information for the following business purposes:
- Performing services for you (creating and managing user accounts, completing transactions or orders, processing third-party payment services, offering personalized products and services)
- Advertising customization (marketing and promotions)
- Auditing relating to transactions, internal research and development
- Security detection, protection and enforcement
- Quality control
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral marketing purposes.
